2. Order Your Merchandise. Choose the item you would like to embroider through ouronline garment catalog, or if you don't see what you're looking for call us at 810-239-9222.
3. Place Your Embroidery Order. After we have confirmed the details of your embroidery, you're ready to place your order. Download an order form (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)and fax it to 810-239-3310, or call us at 810-239-9222 and we'll take your order on the phone.
4. Digitizing. Is the process where each element of your logo is converted into a series of stitches, placed in a specific sequence and pattern. All of these stitch patterns are combined together into a design that can be read and executed by a computer driven embroidery machine. Expert digitizing is critical to producing expert embroidery.
5. Proofing. After digitizing, we embroider your design to make sure it sews as expected. If adjustments are required, we edit the design and sew it until it meets our standards.
6. Approval. Next we scan your design and e-mail it to you for approval. We make adjustments as needed. When you are satisfied, you will email your approval to us.
7. Embroidery. When your approval is received, we begin your customized embroidery process.
